Time for some holiday snaps! Yay!

This is the last photo I took on holiday, and it is also my favourite.

I have hardly edited the contrast at all - the sky was just like that! Our Villa was on the top of a hill so we had a spectacular 360 degree view.

Taken in Pescara, Italy.

Great shot of the sky! The colors are simply gorgeous and I like the gradient from purples at the tops melting to oranges and pinks to pale blue. I also really like the composition of this piece. I've seen SO many sunset pictures that are landscape rather than portrait, so I think this makes this one a great find.

What a beautiful view! I'm jealous, this had to be so gorgeous and tempting to photograph.

First of all, I love how the clouds lead your eye from one side of the photo to the other. The patterns are excellent and help the photo to stand out.

Also, the colors are great! I like how you've got all these bright, vibrant yellows and oranges and yet they all compliment each other and work together to create such a gorgeous atmosphere. Nice work in capturing that!

I do feel like the photo has lost quite a bit of detail to the lighting, though. The ground is extremely underexposed, but there are some areas in the sky that are overexposed. Have you ever looked into HDR photos? It would be really cool to see this in that style, I think you'd find that you can capture a lot more detail in one photo.
Otherwise, you could just capture the sky and crop the ground out, but then lower the exposure a little - if that makes sense? If you lower the exposure with the ground in there, it'll just make the ground even darker.

The coloring of sunset is very nice. maybe it should be better to change frame- ratio between high sky and too short dark land is for me beg. But anyway at whole tis very impressive atmospheric picture.
